It’s our job to use the Socratic method to elicit that knowledge from you and your team by asking the right questions—questions that get beyond the pretenses and platitudes and often un-earth “the real problems.”  From there we leverage our experience, objectivity and creativity, and answers emerge where there were previously just tough questions.
