Hello there! I’d like to tell you everything about WCD. My name is Erica D’Arcangelo. I’m the CEO of Web Content Development. For the last 18 years, I’ve worked and studied all facets of Internet marketing.
I am a 20-year SEO expert. My emphasis started in Reputation Management. However, now it’s very focused on marketing strategies, content creation, and SEO.
After working for private companies for 11 years, I started WCD in 2012. At that time my goal was to be able to help companies of any size create a positive online presence for their business.
Why Did I Start a Content Creation Agency?
Over the last 20 years I’ve seen a lot of change and growth on the Internet. As a result, I discovered that there was a great need for the creative content. It’s the primary tool used for effective campaigns.
Therefore, I launched WCD to be able to provide high-quality, creative services covering all facets of digital marketing. Namely, content creation!
However, I am nothing without my team. Please meet them below. They’re the greatest group of people that I’ve had the honor to work with. Hopefully, you will too!

Originally from Clearwater FL, Ava graduated from the Delphian School with Honors in Oregon. She later went on to study Marketing and Business Management.
Ava has a passion for working with others and find joy in
initiating production and fostering expansion.
She is the Marketing Coordinator for Web Content Development primarily setting up KPI data and statistics for marketing initiatives both internally and for marketing clients to better measure metrics and results.
Nick Kundrat
Business Development
Nick decided to join the WCD team after spending years in various avenues of the health and wellness space. After running his own small business as a manual therapist and health coach, writing books and working as a content writer with multiple digital health companies, Nick gained an appreciation for all that goes into the back-end of growing and marketing a business.
This led him to make a career pivot to focus on digital marketing specifically, in order to help others grow their businesses, small or large. In his free time Nick enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, playing the ukulele, learning about holistic health and enjoying time with friends and family.
Katherine Frank
Graphic Designer
Katie graduated from Buffalo State College with a BFA in Communication Design. Since then, she has pursued different jobs and projects in the field of graphic design. From creating logos, brochures, and marketing materials, to making designs for sublimated sports apparel and designing vinyl wraps. She enjoys taking on a design challenges and learning about different design applications.
Jillian Garza

Jill is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Education and also holds a Master’s Degree in Multi-cultural Education. As an ESL Teacher for children ages 6 to 18, she has a multifaceted approach to integrating marketing with education.
Jill brings a high level of organizational skills into WCD and is a talented bi-lingual creative collaborator. Jill is also a trained, and highly skilled editor with a keen eye and attention to detail.
Jill collaborates on social media accounts in the northeast. She is a natural organizer, manager, and leader.

Jarah has been writing and editing for Web Content Development since 2018. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and minor studies in Creative Writing, she has a keen sense for identifying different tones and desired writing styles for a variety of clients.
Her professional background includes banking, healthcare, legal compliance, teaching, and real estate. This gives her an in-depth working knowledge of a variety of industries and specialty subject matter.
Outside of work, Jarah spends her time with her two young children and in the gym or running marathons. Health and fitness is a cornerstone of her life. She makes travel a priority, going abroad at least once a year, and bringing new perspectives and experiences to her writing and our team.

Jake is a graduate of Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. He majored in English and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Professional Writing & Elementary Education. Jake also has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum Instruction.
Jake was an avid athlete throughout high school and college and has a keen knowledge of sports, fitness, and athletic marketing & promotion. He is also a cyber school teacher, educating children in Science. Jake has worked on the WCD Team for 12-years in all facets of the business.

Hanna is a professional copywriter and content specialist with ten years of experience in Marketing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Photojournalism and a Master’s in Communication.
She has a fervent love for editing and fact-checking and enjoys the challenge of creating compelling content for clients in all ranges of markets and industries. When she’s away from the keyboard, Hanna enjoys spending time with her two young children and exploring the outdoors.

Shane attended Northwestern Michigan University, where he studied music performance and audio engineering. Based in Michigan, he has been writing for freelance clients and Web Content Development for several years.
He enjoys writing about technology, substance abuse, addiction treatment, and much more. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, as well as playing guitar.

Juliana Arango is a traveling writer, dancer, ceremonialist, trauma therapist, numerologist, yoga instructor, and transformational facilitator. She is dedicated to the emotional well-being of future generations and uses writing as a vehicle to raise awareness on healing, transformation, and creativity.

Kacey Burge is a professional writer and editor with a passion for the written word. The Pittsburgh native received her Master’s degree in Professional Writing from Chatham University in 2011 and has been enjoying a thriving career as a freelancer ever since. Burge has spent the last decade focused on creating engaging content for a multitude of audiences across the web. She is an active mom of 3 and an avid runner who loves to read.
MJ Arcand
Copywriter
MJ Arcand graduated with her Bachelors in Practical Theology from Southeastern University in 2014. Upon graduation she immediately began her Master’s in Divinity, having completed the program in 2019. In between her education she has also been serving in the U.S. Army, having completed two overseas tours during her graduate studies.
Between work and community service commitments she enjoys lifting weights, beach days, and a good book. Her desire is to be a published author after she exits the military.
Derek Domike
Copywriter
Derek Domike’s lifelong passion for the crafts of writing and storytelling led him to study Film & Media Studies at UC Santa Barbara, followed by a Masters Degree in Film Theory, History, & Criticism from San Francisco State University.
Derek interests include science fiction and fantasy, comedy, music, animation, and a wide range of other topics. He currently lives in the greater Los Angeles area.

Chris Gomes is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies. As a lifelong film and sports enthusiast, he found his calling card in the media field and hasn’t looked back. He is heavily inspired by Leonardo DiCaprio and other acting greats.
Throughout his journey, Chris has acted at Rutgers University, been an on-air host for WRSU 88.7FM, shadowed accomplished media personalities, and has worked as a freelance writer. Chris is moved by storytelling and is determined to show that same passion in his work.

Byonce is a graduate from Stockton University with a BA in Communications and a Dual Minor in Political Science and Africana Studies. She’s a strong writer, and enjoys creating new content that adds a new flair.
With a background in journalism, she’s well versed in multiple writing styles and is quick to pick up new skills. Living on the Jersey Shore, she finds joy on the beach and at diverse eateries. When she isn’t working, Byonce is often spending time with her cat and dog as well as loved ones.

Hi, I’m Ally Cowan, an Advertising Major at Florida State University in the School of Communications. I am from Mount Laurel, New Jersey and I would describe myself as an outgoing individual who is determined and driven. I’m excited to bring my experience and skills to a new team and continue to learn and grow as a marketing intern.
Nala Marie
Love Administrator
Nala Marie is a brindle Shih Tzu who is 6 years-old. Her job is to administer love to the WCD team, sit on keyboards and ask for treats during the most inconvenient times. Nals is also our marketing model and appears frequently on our social media channels.
